At Scribble & Slate, all products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Accidental orders
• Preference changes after purchase

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and customization details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will review the situation and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
