All products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partners. Because each item is created specifically for your order, processing and shipping times may vary.
Processing Time
Most orders are produced and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days.
Shipping Time
After production is complete, shipping times generally range from:
• United States: 3–10 business days
• International: 7–30 business days
Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once your order has shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and work toward a resolution.
Multiple Items
Items in the same order may be produced at different facilities and shipped separately. In these cases, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and deliveries.
